This goes double if you’re moving long distance or will be travelling for more than a day to reach your new residence. In the case of long distance moves, you may also want to plan out what you’ll be eating while you’re en route. You’ll be limited to what you can prepare on your own in most cases, so planning out your drive can help you determine what your options will be for each day.
